Deposit & Cancellation

A nonrefundable $300 deposit is required to hold your spot and is due by March 28, 2026. The balance is due April 5. If you cancel on or before March 28, 2026, all payments, including the deposit, will be refunded.

If you cancel on or after March 28, 2026, but before April 5, 2026, your payments will be refunded minus the $300 deposit, unless your spot can be filled from a waitlist.

If you cancel after April 5, or do not attend, no refund will be issued unless your space can be filled; in that case, your payments will be refunded minus the $300 deposit.

If the workshop is canceled by the instructor, all payments, including the deposit, will be refunded.

Travel/insurance costs are the student’s responsibility and are not covered by refunds.
